Professional with 14 years of experience developing and implementing high impact transformation projects in the international airline and transport sector. Leading Innovation, digital development, radical execution, creation of new revenue streams and launching global development programs of Customer Experience across the entire corporate ecosystem are my DNA strengths. Linked to the world of entrepreneurship as a founder, board member and advisor of various start-ups with technological component his main role is right now address to Zero2infinity where he is acting as COO & Board Member in the recently named “New Space” market where the company is called to develop in a disruptive way the affordable access to the space. Dimitris as VP of Customer Experience of Iberia, his main responsibilities were entitle to develop and transform the overall Iberia´s CX reinforcing the loyalty and the cross-functional aligned and consistent customer proposition throughout the entire customer´s journey. Previously he was the Head of Coordination & Hub of Iberia Airlines, at that stage we was named as the daily responsible of the so-called Agora’s Project,a “High Impact Transformation program of Iberia´s Hub”. Dimitris started his professional career in the transport sector where he contributed initially as a Project Manager and during his last stage as responsible for the development of diverse civil infrastructures developments like motorways, told roads, bridges in several countries: Mexico, Afghanistan, Poland, Spain,etc. After that period he was participating as an Operation and Transport senior consultant in ALG (subsidiary of Indra-Europraxis) in the Operational Readiness of the Iberia´s to the Terminal 4, being the responsible of the physical migrations and operational readiness of the infrastructure.
